The upgrade includes a System-wide Dark Mode with Dark Mode scheduler, inspired from stock Android 10 and iOS 13.

MIUI 11 recieved a major design change. With the addition of aminimalistic design to the interface. The most noticeable part is the new colorful iconography on the settings page. You can be on any page and bring the floating Calculator to effortlessly calculate the sum. That is really useful and saves a lot of time.

Dynamic Sound Effects

MIUI 11 brings a visual theme to ringtones, alarm sounds, and notifications. Its comes with a large collection of dynamic sound effects that can be played depending on the time and mood of the day. This employs soothing ambient sounds from nature, such as the chirping of birds while the alarm tries to wake you up. Plus, the sound will change to match with the time of day.

How To Download And Install MIUI 11 Update Manually?

Note: This method works for all versions. The official MIUI 11 installation process may vary with the following guide. We can expect that the installation process will be the same. As currently there are no official installation steps mentioned yet, we will follow the traditional MIUI flashing steps for now.

If you want to install the MIUI 11 or any miui rom manually on your device, you have to follow a method from multiple methods. Either you can update the ROM from the system updater app directly or flash the ROM via TWRP Recovery as well.

Method: Update Via System Updater Tool

• Download the zip for your respective device from the links provided below.
• Go to the device Settings > About phone > System updates.You can also access the system update from the device home screen > Tools > Updater.
• Next, tap on the three-dot icon menu from the top right corner.
• Tap on the Choose update package. ( If you don’t see this option tab on miui 10 logo for 10 times, see on the first image. )

• Browse and select the firmware update zip file from the device storage location.
• Now, the system will automatically verify the update package and install it. Then follow the on-screen instructions (if any). Make sure to backup important data at first.
• Your device will reboot automatically. Enjoy!
